Users with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license will gain access to expanded capabilities in Word, including:

- Rewriting or updating existing content for clarity, tone, or structure.
- Reorganizing content into structured formats such as FAQs.
- Reviewing and approving all changes to maintain full editorial control.
