WashU IT’s Project Management Guide for Continuous Improvement Committee is recruiting new members. This is open to anyone supporting projects that would benefit from using the PM Guide (e.g. Project Managers, Business Analysts, etc.). The goal of the committee is to ensure the PM Guide remains effective, relevant, and aligned with both evolving project management practices and the organizational needs of WashU IT. The PM Guide is important for managing projects consistently and providing information for project questions. The guide will provide standard project processes, explanations, and templates, and include information on how to get assistance throughout the lifecycle of a project.
