In support of WashU’s commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), WashU IT has created a DEI Task Force. The Task Force’s focus is on creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable climate where everyone can thrive and be successful in our organization. Members include representatives from Enterprise Apps, PPMO, and IT Admin.
To support the Task Force’s initiative, we have launched a WashU IT DEI webpage. The webpage provides information about the Task Force’s mission and goals and includes a list of resources and learning opportunities that support the entire WashU IT community.
The next step for the Task Force is to create a DEI Action Plan which identifies and addresses the needs of our departments and employees.
