The Service Management and Support Domain Committee, working with its subcommittees, working groups, service advisory groups, and other standing committees, provides strategic direction and prioritization for the following enterprise service management systems, services, and support:

- Desktop and Mobile Device Support
- Hardware Asset Lifecycle Services
- Software Asset Management
- Printing and Related Services
- Media and AV Services (non-classroom)
- IT Communications and Documentation (e.g. Confluence, Box, and OCM services)
- Digital Accessibility
