The WashU ITSM Governance Subcommittee plays a critical role in fostering and overseeing a well-managed IT environment to ensure an effective IT service delivery that supports the overall goals of the university. This subcommittee operates within the guidelines and oversight of the Service Management and Support Domain Committee, whom makes decisions based on the subcommittee’s findings and direction.
