The IT Investment Committee is responsible for developing and setting IT budget guidance and supporting the domain chairs and IT executive leadership in the development of project budget proposals.
Investment Committee Responsibilities
The IT Investment Committee is charged with:
- Recommending domain IT investment allocations to the IT Executive Committee
- Reviewing new project/program budget requests and sponsoring investment requests to the appropriate approver(s)
- Providing project and program budget proposal guidance to domain chairs and IT Executive Leadership
- Ensuring approvals for IT capital projects follow the Approval of Transactions established by the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees
