Walk Up Desk
Available for student walk-ins without an appointment, including for machine drop-offs and pick-ups.
Common assistance areas include:
- Connecting laptops and mobile devices to use email and wireless
- Password resets
- Site-licensed software
- Identify maintenance
- Speeding up a sluggish laptop
- Clearing up a virus problem
- Locating other IT resources
