Introducing the New Microsoft 365 team

The newly formed WashU IT Microsoft 365 team was established with a clear mission: to help the University maximize the benefits of the Microsoft 365 application suite. The team is dedicated to improving collaboration and efficiency for faculty, staff and students.

The team rolls up to Administrative and Enterprise Technologies (AET), formerly Enterprise Systems & Solutions. Members include Regina Sykes (Director), Kara Paul, Andre Neal, Carrie Maynard and Melinda Nadler.

What the Team Does:

  • Training and Support: Hands-on sessions and demos for applications like Microsoft Forms, Excel and more.
  • Consultation Services: University members can schedule a consultation to discover how Microsoft applications work beautifully together to simplify processes and boost efficiency.
  • Resources and Guidance: The team is building a central hub for everything Microsoft 365, including live training and self-paced learning.

Recent Wins

The team has already begun to add value by providing training to the University community.

  • Microsoft Forms training: 360+ attendees last November
  • Microsoft Excel training: 450+ enrollees signed up for January sessions
