One of many tools designed with customer experience in mind, the WashU IT Status Page keeps the campus informed of outages and downtime related to systems, networks, and applications. WashU IT’s Service Dashboard provides updates on system performance issues, including current and past IT-related incidents. Subscribe to real-time updates on system performance issues and more. Users can get email notifications whenever WashU IT creates, updates, or resolves an incident.
Users can access the status page directly, through the WashU IT Website, and via the ONE.WUSTL portal. When accessing through the WashU IT website, find the link through the “More” tab in the menu at the top of the page and choose “News and Events.” The Outage Calendar link is hosted at the bottom of the page.
