This week’s questions are:
Question 1: What does being aware of diversity, equity, and inclusion teach Kevin Lin? Is it:
a. That it’s important to travel and experience other cultures.
b. To understand that there is always something about others he doesn’t know and can learn, and things about himself he can teach others.
c. That cats are just as loving as dogs as pets.
Question 2: How does Matt Arthur believe we can recognize our conscious or unconscious biases? Is it:
a. You have to be conscious of your own bias and who you are to make sure you don’t “hire yourself”.
