Bianca Hood has just passed her Project Management Professional (PMP) exam, and is now a certified PMP! Bianca has been at the University for almost 3 years working across various IT groups within EUS as a Project Manager. She recently moved over to work with the Service Management Office and her role driving the ITSM Practice Improvement project has been vital to the program. She has been working towards PMP certification for the last year and just passed the exam this week. We are so excited to have Bianca as a member of our IT team!
