View General Printing and PaperCut info – Printing at Washington University is supporting through WashU IT. All printers at WashU are connected to the print servers which integrate with Papercut, our print management software.

Faculty and Staff

1. Managed Network Printing – Printing to managed print queues from on-premises University networks with immediate print
2. Secure Print – Provides holding and releasing of documents using wustl key or University badge and includes the following methods:
   1. Mobility Print – Allows printing using your non WashU IT managed computers and portable devices (BYOD) built-in print options
   2. Webprint – Allows printing using a web portal
   3. Email to Print – Allows printing of attached documents via email
