My desktop client didn’t upgrade automatically. How do I upgrade?

  1. Connect to VPN.
  2. Go to the Software Center and search for “KnowledgeLake.”
  3. In the results, you should see the “KL Desktop Scan Client software.
  4. Select “Install” and follow the prompts to update to the latest version.
