Having Trouble Launching EPIC?

Please try resetting Citrix

Windows Computers

  1. Select Citrix from the lower right corner of your desktop, the System Tray
    1. If you do not see Citrix select the arrow to view more options
  2. Right Click on the Citrix Icon
  3. Select Advanced Preferences
  4. Select Reset Citrix Workspace
