Find it fast! With ONE’s robust search capabilities, there’s no longer a need to remember or bookmark dozens of website URLs. A simple keyword search can help expedite completion of your task by connecting you directly to the information, system or service you seek.
For example, a search for the keyword ‘email’ yields multiple icon-based results called ‘Tasks’, including ‘Login to email’ and ‘About Office 365 services’. Think of Tasks as what you’d like to accomplish. Tasks are categorized to provide more advanced search capabilities and filtered results. You can favorite tasks, find more information, and get service announcements.
The ONE search function is simple and intuitive; Tasks appear when search terms are reflected in titles, tags, descriptions, and metadata. Most popular Tasks are based on how often a Task is clicked.
Customize your experience! Make ONE your ‘go-to’ portal by customizing your experience. ONE allows you to identify by role (faculty or staff) upon login with your WUSTL Key. Upon login, ONE defaults your primary role based on your Identity Management (IDM) affiliation and content is filtered to display Tasks relevant to the role you’ve selected. Select multiple roles (for example faculty and staff) if applicable.
You can further customize your ONE homepage by marking Tasks you use most often as ‘favorites’. Favorites appear at the top of your customized homepage.
ONE is available to university students, faculty, staff, guests, and the general public. While certain Tasks may require login with a WUSTL Key, ONE does not require login with a WUSTL Key for access.
ONE is fully mobile-responsive; you can access sites and applications from any device.
