The next IT All Hands meeting will take place from 3-4 pm CT on Wednesday, August 20, featuring Chief Information Officer Jessie Minton and the WashU IT Senior Leadership Team. The team will offer a final progress report on major FY25 goals and provide an exciting update on FY26 goals.

Major FY26 goals that were identified by senior leaders and their direct reports and shared with WashU IT teams during the Spring included:
- The successful execution of the final year for the CyBear program.
- The continued execution of university wide technology modernization efforts.
- Execution of the Student Data Program, supporting the stabilization of Workday Student, and the start of decommissioning of Legacy SIS.
- Executing an enhanced user experience through AI feature adoption, patient experience tools, revenue cycle automation, and expansion of integrated genomic data through Epic1 EHR.
- Maturation of the IT Navigator Program as part of WashU IT’s Service Excellence commitment to identify customer needs, limit duplication of services, and leverage existing tech. Additionally, the Service Excellence goal includes improving operational productivity by streamlining frontline support processes and enhancing service quality.
