WashU IT Research Infrastructure Services (RIS) is pleased to announce the upcoming launch of an enhanced customer onboarding experience for users later in May.
To enhance this experience, RIS is restructuring and improving its website with more straightforward navigation. Furthermore, the Jira customer portal will be updated to provide a more intuitive customer experience.
News updates will be transitioned from the RIS HPC newsletter to the website for more timely access to important information.
