Washington University Information Technology is pleased to announce the release of the WashU IT Metrics website.
This password protected site (Wustl Key username and password) contains metrics from multiple areas including, but not limited to: VPN and Internet connection bandwidth; customer service survey responses; Zoom usage; HRMS and AIS availability and login times; Research Compute and Storage Use; and Email security.
We sincerely appreciate all of the effort put forth to produce the pertinent and timely metrics presented on the WashU IT Metrics website and look forward to their expansion.
