ServiceNow Project – New Launch Date: June 1, 2020

We are pleased to announce the new ServiceNow platform will launch on June 1, 2020. If the university were to resume normal operations at that time, we have a contingency plan to postpone the launch by two weeks to allow for staff and support teams to return to the office.

We have two upcoming Q&A sessions for WashU IT.

What’s Changing?

New Web Address (URL)

Beginning June 1, go to wustl.service-now.com for:

  • Requesting IT services or items
  • Searching for IT solutions
  • Reporting IT issues

The current ServiceNow Portal, wusm.service-now.com, will remain active for the following:

  • WUSM Facilities requests
  • Shared Business Services Hub requests
  • HR Benefits for internal work management
  • Brown School Service Center requests
  • Brown School Facilities requests

On June 1, wustlhelp.wustl.edu and wusmhelp.wustl.edu will take you to the new ServiceNow (wustl.service-now.com).

Note: IT support email addresses and phone numbers will not change.
