March 12: Service Degradation – FedEx Invoicing in Marketplace

Washington University Information Technology has detected an issue where FedEx invoices are not being received in Marketplace. FedEx has escalated the issue internally and is working with the Marketplace vendor to resolve.

All other Marketplace functionality is operating normally.

We are monitoring the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
