March 11: Safety Presentation for 4480

We are pleased to announce that on March 11, from 8:30-9:30am, WUSM Protective Services will be in the 4480 Training Room presenting on personal safety, methods of de-escalation for situations, and maintaining security for 4480 Clayton.

Presenters:

Caitlin Courson

An investigator with Protective Services, she has been with Protective Services for almost a year. Caitlin was a probation and parole officer with the State of Missouri for about eight years. Prior to her role with probation and parole, she was a Creve Coeur police officer. Caitlin has a degree in criminal justice from Xavier University.

Steve Manley

A retired federal criminal investigator, he worked for the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Agriculture, for seven years and the Office of Inspector General, U.S. Department of Defense, for 16 years. Steve has been with Protective Services about three and a half years, starting as an investigator and is now responsible for the department’s Crime Analysis and Special Services unit. Steve has a masters degree in criminology from UMSL.
