In coordination with WUSTL Facilities, we will be implementing new fire alarm matrix changes to properly align the fire alarm with the data center guidelines to prevent future issues triggered by the fire alarm system.
Data center tenants and service owners are not anticipated to see any impact from this change, however, there is a slight chance of a data center power outage during programming/testing on Saturday, February 29, between 7:00 a.m. and noon.
We have developed a comprehensive implementation and testing plan that should mitigate this risk, but wanted everyone to be aware.
