Box Outage Restored – Nov 4

Update: Effective approximately 12:15pm – The Box vendor has restored all Box services.

Washington University Information Technology has detected an issue affecting users’ ability to access the files they have stored in Box. While you can log into Box and view the folder and file names, you cannot open, edit, upload, or download files from Box at this time.

The Box vendor is investigating the issue as this outage is affecting all Box customers, not just Washington University. We are in contact with Box and will provide updates as they become available.

We appreciate your patience as we work to restore service.
