On Sunday, November 3, we will be performing maintenance on the Remote ECV environment starting at 12:30am till 1:30am. Remote ECV will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes during the maintenance window while the systems are restarted.
We will be working to keep any disruption of service to a minimum, however if you need access to the ECV environment during this period, we recommend connecting to the VPN and then access ECV via VMHorizon icon on your desktop or at https://bjcfmd.carenet.org. We encourage anyone who will be working through this time frame to test the instructions prior to the maintenance window.
