Washington University Information Technology will be updating the Bomgar Remote Support Agent, the tool which gives us the ability to remote into user’s computers to assist our customer support efforts, which will result in an outage of our ability to utilize the Bomgar Remote Support Agent on June 21, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
This upgrade will also change the logo and name of the client running on your computer. The software’s name will change to Beyondtrust Remote Support Jump Client with the updated icon shown above.
