5/31 – 6/2: Web Help Desk Outage

Washington University Information Technology will perform an upgrade to the Web Help Desk on May 31, 5 p.m. – June 2, 11:30 p.m. During the upgrade window, tickets may be submitted to the Web Help Desk by email; however, they will be in a hold status until the upgrade and testing is complete.
