Maestro Service Issue Identified

The Maestro service is currently restored. The vendor has advised the undeliverable delivery tests issue is caused by trying to send a delivery test after pasting an image from the internet directly into your message. As a reminder, to add images use the image button on the top tool bar or the image widgets in the right tool bar. We appreciate your patience as we work to eliminate this known issue.

Washington University Information Technology has detected intermittent issues with sending test emails within the Maestro application. The issue does not allow users to get past that step and deliver communications. We are investigating the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
