Washington University Information Technology will perform an update to ServiceNow on March 14, at 6 p.m. The update will add a “Follow-up” subcategory to the “Requests” category within an incident. Usage of the “Follow-up” subcategory is intended to provide a method for Service Desks to track follow-up calls. There is no outage expected with this update.
