UPDATE 02/25/2019:

The vendor has corrected the issue. Washington University Information Technology will continue to monitor the service to ensure this functionality persists.

UPDATE 02/18/2019:

The vendor was unable to correct the issue where user email notifications for manager approval of timesheets are not filling in with the timesheet period and approver name. The vendor will continue to work on the issue.

On February 15, at 10 p.m. – February 16, at 1 a.m., the Planview service will be updated. The update will correct the issue where user email notifications for manager approval of timesheets are not filling in with the timesheet period and approver name.
