February 8 – ServiceNow Change for ITIL Users

Washington University Information Technology will perform an upgrade to ServiceNow on February 8, 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. During the upgrade window, you will not be able to create new requests or incidents. This includes emailing ithelp@wustl.edu during the upgrade window. After the upgrade window, there will be three changes visible to IT Staff with ITIL access. These changes are covered in What’s New in ServiceNow London? (PDF).
