Feb. 4 – Feb. 5: Wudosis Citrix Receiver Outage

Washington University Information Technology will perform a Citrix Receiver upgrade on ITC Remote (RDS) and Wudosis workstations on February 4, 11 p.m. – February 5, 1 a.m. This upgrade will reduce the amount of logins associated with Epic and upgrade Citrix Receiver to the latest version.

Each individual workstation is expected to be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes each.
During this 10 minutes, Epic and any BJC Citrix applications (Compass, Kiddos, OTTR, etc.) will be unavailable.

The first time you log in after the upgrade, you will need to follow the steps outlined below.

  1.  After you log into the desktop, you may be presented with a login prompt.
    • If you do not have a login prompt, right-click on the Citrix icon in the bottom right (by the

  2. If you are presented with the BJC prompt, log in with the same credentials used to log into the computer.
    • Note: The BJC login needs the domain wudosis\ first.
  3. Log in with your WUSTL Key and select Remember my password. 
    • Note: Make sure the selected domain is accounts.ad.wustl.edu.

  5. Launch Epic through the PRD Hyperspace icon and your credentials will be passed through.

    • Note: The previously used Epic Portal icon will still be available. However, if you use this icon to enter Epic, you will be prompted to log in again.
