Jan. 21-22: Citrix Receiver Outage

Washington University Information Technology will perform a Citrix Receiver upgrade on workstations that you log in to with your WUSTL Key. During the upgrade on January 21, 10 p.m. – January 22, 12 a.m., Citrix Receiver will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes.

Note: To avoid interruptions to patient care, please leave workstations powered on during the applicable window. If workstations are powered off during the update, they will receive the update within 90 minutes of being powered on and will be rebooted upon completion.
