Outage Detected: May 8 – PaperCut Printing Services

UPDATE: Service was restored on May 9, at 11:40 a.m.

Washington University Information Technology has detected a university-wide issue where users are unable to log in and use the print release function on printers with the PaperCut interface. If you do not have to log in to PaperCut prior to printing or to release print jobs, the print function should work. We are investigating the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
