On February 26, 2018, a random sampling of the Washington University community will receive an email survey from John Gohsman, Vice Chancellor of Information Technology & Chief Information Officer. This survey assesses IT service quality across WashU.
The survey results will assist in ensuring IT governance is hitting the mark in setting university technology priorities, funding allocation and service improvements. The feedback will also aid in creating a baseline for comparing IT services provided across Washington University to other Association of American Universities (AAU) and Carnegie Foundation classification of High Research Universities.
If you receive an email invitation to take the survey, please be sure to complete the survey by its close date—March 26, 2018.
This is the second time we’ve sent out this biennial survey. View our 2016 survey results .
