Office 365 Service Degradation Detected

Washington University Information Technology has detected intermittent connectivity failures and slow functionality with Office 365 via the desktop, web and mobile apps. We are investigating the issue and will provide updates as they become available.

UPDATE: As of 8:30 a.m., June 29, we are still experiencing a degradation of the Office 365 service. Our teams are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue. We will continue to provide updates as information becomes available.

UPDATE: As of 9:30 a.m., June 29, Office 365 service has been restored to full functionality. We will continue to monitor the service to ensure this functionality persists. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
