Successful launch of new financial reporting application

In collaboration with Accounting Services, BIDW released the first phase of Consolidated Financial Reporting (CFR) in mid-February. CFR is a new TM1 application developed in-house as a replacement for Hyperion Enterprise software.

The first phase of the project allows users in Financial Services access to external reporting data. Internal reporting data will be added in the second phase of the project, which is in progress. Phase 1 training material is being developed and rolled out to users over the coming months, and CFR will run in parallel with Hyperion until phase 2 is complete.  Additional training on CAFE (Cognos Analytics for Excel) is also being developed for users who wish to utilize this Excel add-in to replicate some of the Hyperion functionality.
