We have exciting news for everyone who runs reports in Learn@Work. The new reporting design that many of you have previewed will go live December 2. The design is intended to improve the reporting process and address a few challenges that you have shared with us, such as:
- Difficulty in choosing among reports and report filters
- Navigating report results to see pertinent data
- Determining whether or not a person is compliant
To help you with your transition from the old design to the new one, the old reports will remain in the system until December 31, after which they will be replaced by the dashboards. We will offer both our usual monthly instructor-led training and also new web-based training; completion of either one will be adequate for your needs.
The next instructor-led training will be held November 9, and will cover the new rather than the old reports. You can register for it at Learn@Work – Reporting. Web-based training will be available beginning November 30th if you prefer that format.
